1. About Us

StayInAmed.com showcases and manages information and bookings for the best villas in East Bali, offering unforgettable experiences for guests who wish to stay in Amed, or stay in Tulamben, and enjoy the best villas and retreats in Amed and Tulamben.

2. Use of the Site

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Site.
  • You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage our reputation as a trusted provider of luxury stays in Amed and exclusive retreats in Tulamben.

3. Bookings & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are displayed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
  • Payment terms will be provided at the time of booking and in your confirmation email.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via email to info@stayinamed.com.
  • The cancellation policy will be stated in your booking confirmation.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including images, text, villa descriptions, and promotional material relating to stays in Amedand stays in Tulamben — is owned by StayInAmed.com or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without prior written consent.
